Placing an Order
Can I place an order without an account?
Yes, you can place an order without creating an account. However, creating an account makes the experience significantly faster and easier — you'll be able to track orders, manage addresses, and access your full order history in one place.
After you sign up, you'll receive a verification email. Once confirmed, your account will be automatically linked to your company if it's already in our system, giving you access to company-specific pricing and order details.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value when placing an order through our website — making it a convenient option for smaller or one-off purchases.
For orders under $50, a small processing fee is applied to help cover handling costs:
- $45 order → $1.50 fee
- $40 order → $3.00 fee
- $35 order → $4.50 fee
- $30 order → $6.00 fee
If you're placing an order through our sales team directly, the minimum order value is $100. Orders below this amount may be subject to a small processing or handling fee.
Can I submit a purchase order (PO)?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from business customers. You can enter your PO number directly on the cart page under the Order Summary section when placing your order. Just make sure you have a product in your cart to see that field. Other area where you can enter your PO number is checkout page order section.
If you'd prefer, you can also send your PO directly to our team for processing.

Do you offer quotes before placing an order?
Yes, we provide quotes for most products. Simply contact us with your requirements and our team will prepare a quote for you. Some products also allow you to request a quote directly from the product page on our website.
If you see an "Add to Cart" button on a product page, you can purchase it directly without requesting a quote first.
How long are quotes valid?
Quotes are typically valid for 7 business days, unless otherwise stated. The exact validity period will always be shown directly on your quote.
Due to market volatility, pricing is subject to change at any time.
