If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up on our website. After registering, you'll receive a verification link by email. Once completed, your account will be automatically linked to your company, giving you full visibility into your order details and tracking information.
Why do I see different pricing than my teammates?
If you're seeing different pricing than others in your company, it's most likely because your account is not yet linked to your company profile in our system.
To access your company's pricing, make sure you've completed your account setup and verification. If your account isn't linked yet, you can use the "Verify Your Account" option available in the website header.
If you've already verified and still see different pricing, contact us and we'll help get your account linked correctly.
Do prices include taxes?
Taxes are not included in the listed prices. They are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and applicable tax regulations.
If you are tax-exempt, exemptions may apply automatically at checkout depending on your location and eligibility. For example, certain customers in British Columbia may qualify. Once you enter your shipping address and select your province, applicable taxes will be removed automatically after verification of your exemption.
