Return for Credit:

  • If you need to return an item, you can easily request a return by visiting your orders page. We will assist you in coordinating the return.
  • If the return is due to an error on Proax's part, we will process the return promptly and without any penalties.
  • For returns resulting from customer decisions, the following conditions apply:

Stock Items:

  • Items shipped within the last 30 days can be returned with ease.
  • Items shipped more than 30 days ago but less than 90 days may be eligible for return under certain conditions.
  • Items shipped over 90 days ago may require special consideration for return eligibility.

Non-Stock Items:

  • Items shipped within the last 90 days may be eligible for return under specific conditions.
  • Items shipped over 90 days ago are generally not returnable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Cancellable Items:

  • Certain items are marked as non-returnable or non-cancellable. These items are clearly identified on the product pages with an information box, indicating that they cannot be returned or canceled once ordered.
  • For any exceptions or special circumstances, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Warranty Return:

  • If you believe your item is eligible for a warranty return, our RMA team will verify this with the supplier on your behalf.
  • Should you need a replacement item immediately, our sales team will work with you to process the order quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please complete our Return Authorization (RMA) request form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

All returns must be authorized before sending items back. Returns submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.

What condition must items be in for return?

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Please note that some items such as custom, special-order, or non-standard products may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and our team will make it right.

Are there restocking fees?

Restocking fees may apply depending on the product and the reason for return. Our team will confirm any applicable fees during the return process.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the items returned.
