Items in Stock at Manufacturer’s Locations

  • Lead-times provided are averages and should only serve as an indicator. The actual delivery time for items stocked at the manufacturer can differ from the lead times shown for reasons beyond our control.
  • Expedited shipments may be possible and are treated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

Backorders

  • Order Fulfillment: We will ship your order once it is complete from the closest warehouse to your location, ensuring the fastest possible delivery.
  • Backordered Items: If a product is not available at your nearest warehouse, it will be sourced from our other locations or directly from the manufacturer. This may result in a slight delay in shipping.
  • Tracking Estimated Ship Date: Once you place your order, you will be able to track the estimated ship date for any backordered (B/O) items through proax.ca. This allows you to stay informed about when you can expect your complete order to ship.
  • Communication: You will be notified if any items in your order are on backorder, along with the estimated shipping time. We will provide updates as soon as the product becomes available and is ready to ship.
  • Partial Shipments: If you prefer to receive available items immediately and have them shipped separately, please add a note in the checkout section. After you place your order, our sales representative will contact you to confirm the details.Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Delivery Issues

At Proax, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered accurately and on time. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, we are here to assist you.

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will promptly investigate the delay and provide you with an updated delivery status.
  • Damaged Goods: In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and guide you through the return process if necessary.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct items to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect items.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please check your shipping confirmation to ensure all items were included in the shipment. If there is a discrepancy, contact our customer service team, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
  • Address Issues: To prevent delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If you realize that an error was made, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped.
  • Couriers: Once the item (s) are in the hands of the Courier, delivery exceptions are out of Proax Control. Please monitor the status of your shipment using the applicable tracking information provided
