We accept a variety of payment methods. Please note that orders placed through our website are limited to only payment methods supported and approved by Stripe in Canada.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or restrictions from your bank. Please verify your information and try again, or contact your bank for further assistance.

How do promo codes work?

Promo codes can be entered during website checkout in the Order Summary section. If valid, the discount will be applied to your order total automatically.

Please note that promo codes are valid for online orders only and cannot be applied to orders placed through our sales team.
