Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can request changes to your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and our team will do their best to accommodate your request.

The sooner you reach out, the better. Once an order has been confirmed or is already in progress with a supplier, changes may be more limited or subject to fees.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If the order has already been confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within a few hours during business days, often the same day. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been reviewed and accepted.

For items in stock at our distribution centers, orders placed before 5 PM (on accounts in good standing) are eligible for same-day shipping.

Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or during holidays may be processed on the next business day. Learn more about shipping timelines.
