The WPR5000 Series from Zimmer Group is a flat, compact robotic tool changer designed for precise and reliable operation. It features a spring-loaded, self-locking mechanism that secures the tool even during pressure loss and meets Performance Level d, Category 3 safety standards.
Built with hardened steel locking bolts and precise centering, it offers high rigidity and repeat accuracy with up to 5 million maintenance-free cycles.
The system supports modular energy transmission for pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical connections using WER1500 or WER3000 energy elements. It includes pneumatic feed-throughs, IP54 protection, and corrosion-resistant construction for dependable use in industrial environments.
Available in sizes TK40–TK160, the series conforms to EN ISO 9409-1 robot flange standards and handles payloads up to approximately 500 kg.
