The T16-16 thermal overload relay is an economic electromechanical protection device for the main circuit. It offers reliable and fast protection for motors in the event of overload or phase failure. The device has trip class 10. Further features are the temperature compensation, trip contact (NC), signal contact (NO), automatic- or manual reset selectable, trip-free mechanism, STOP function and a trip indication. The overload relays are connected directly to the mini contactors or block contactors. Single mounting kits are available as accessory.

T16-16 Thermal Overload Relay 13 ... 16 A

The TF42-B thermal overload relays are economic electromechanical protection devices for the main circuit, complying with the latest railway rolling stock standards and allowing installation in passengers or driver cabins for trains frequently operating tunnels or undergrounds.
They offer a reliable protection for motors in the event of overload or phase failure. The devices have trip
class 10.
The thermal overload relays are three pole relays with bimetal tripping elements. The motor current flows
through the bimetal tripping elements and heats them directly and indirectly. In case of an overload (over
current), the bimetal elements bent as a result of the heating. This leads to a release of the relay and a
change of the contacts switching position (95-96 / 97-98).
– Manual or automatic reset selectable
– Phase loss sensitive acc. to IEC/EN 60947-4-1
– TEST and STOP function – Trip indication on the front
– Temperature compensation
– Suitable for three- and single-phase applications
– designed in accordance to the applicable parts of IEC 60077 standard
– shocks and vibration withstand conforming to IEC 61373 (category 1, class B)
– usable according to European fire and smoke safety standard EN 45545-2

CEP9 Electronic Overload Relays

Sprecher + Schuh has always paid particular attention to the subject of motor protection. This concern is reflected in our CT7N line of thermal overload relays that include many standard features not available with eutectic alloy overload blocks and heater elements of the past. Choose CT7N Overloads Relays in DC applications and when monitoring variable frequency drives. And CT7N overload relays are designed to mount directly to the load side of Sprecher + Schuh CA7 Contactors.Consistent And Reliable ProtectionSuperior Class 10 CharacteristicsProtection From Single Phase ConditionsAmbient Temperature CompensationSingle Phase ApplicationsSelectable reset switch – manual or automaticRemote reset solenoid optionIdeal for light industry and low critical process<ul><li>Conveyors, Fans and Pumps</li><li>VFD-controlled motors</li><li>DC motors</li></ul>

Bimetallic Thermal Overload Relays

The CT8 is an economical thermal overload relay that includes standard features like "Differential tripping", Automatic/Manual reset modes, and isolated alarm circuit contacts. The consistent high quality of Sprecher + Schuh thermal overload relays is ensured by a complex current calibration procedure performed after each unit is at full operating temperature. Calibration is performed at the largest and smallest current the overload can handle. The accurate time/current characteristic curve obtained in this manner guarantees reliable motor protection every time.<ul><li>Standard motor protection for AC and DC motors</li><li>Overload protection Trip Class 10A</li><li>Auxiliary switch (1 NO and 1 NC)</li><li>Phase loss sensitivity</li><li>Manual/Auto reset button</li><li>Test release</li><li>Stop button</li><li>Trip indicator</li></ul>
