LVM105R-5A1U – 3-Port Compact Solenoid Valve for Chemical Liquids
The LVM105R-5A1U is a compact, direct-operated 2/3-port rocker type solenoid valve designed for precise control of chemical liquids. Part of the LVM10/100 Series, this base-mounted valve features an isolated structure—its solenoid drive is separated from the fluid area by a diaphragm, ensuring contamination-free operation.
Built with chemical-resistant materials, fluid-contact parts include a PEEK plate and EPDM diaphragm, while the sub-plate is made from PVDF with 1/4-28UNF port threading. The valve operates at 24 VDC and consumes 1.0W or less thanks to its energy-efficient design. Ideal for applications requiring low particle generation and metal-free, oil-free performance.
