The AV4000-04-5DZ-A is a soft start-up valve designed to gradually increase downstream air pressure during system start-up and rapidly exhaust air when the supply is shut off. This configuration features body size 40 with 1/2" Rc ports, enabling controlled pressurization to reduce shock to pneumatic equipment.
The valve operates on 24 VDC with DIN terminal electrical entry (Type D) and includes a light/surge voltage suppressor. It features a non-locking push-type manual override and supports improved flow characteristics for efficient air supply control. Flow direction is left to right, and the unit is supplied without mounting option, pressure gauge, or silencer. Pressure units are labeled in MPa.
