The AV4000-A Series soft start-up valve is designed to gradually increase downstream air pressure during system start-up and provide rapid exhaust when the air supply is shut off. This configuration features body size 40 with 1/2" NPT ports and supports controlled low-speed air supply for safe system pressurization.
The unit operates on 24 VDC with DIN terminal (Type D) electrical entry and a non-locking push-type manual override. Power consumption is 0.35 W, and flow characteristics are rated up to C = 9.2 dm³/(s·bar). Flow direction is left to right, with no pressure gauge, mounting option, silencer, or surge suppressor included. Pressure units are labeled in psi.
