The VHS40-N04-MZ-D is an OSHA-compliant 3-port pressure relief valve designed for safe isolation and exhaust of compressed air systems. This configuration features body size 40 with 1/2" NPT ports and single-action handle operation for manual air supply shutoff and rapid downstream pressure release.
The valve includes a red metal handle with locking holes to support lockout/tagout safety procedures and prevent unintended reactivation of air supply. It is designed with improved flow characteristics and reduced pressure drop, supporting efficient air system operation. Flow direction is left to right, and the unit is supplied without mounting option or silencer, with product labeling in psi.
