D4SL-N Guard Locking Switch
Implement safe monitoring function with a wide range of models, holding force up to 1300N and different contact options
By Omron
Robotic System integrators have to implement risk reduction strategies that prevent workers from becoming trapped inside a hazardous area as well as meet different safety standards and regulations. The D4SL series offers a guard lock interlock with a holding force of 1300N preventing unauthorized access and an optional lockout key reduces the risk of someone being trapped inside a robotic cell. The D4SL helps to reduce time and effort during the installation with a variety of wiring options and the small front allows easily mounting on 40 × 40 mm aluminum frames. Additionally, the D4SL simplifies integrations and lowers maintenance costs with a wide variety of built-in switches, an optional slide key, and led status indicators.
- Key holding force of 1,300 N.
- Slide key prevents entrapment
- Removable terminal block for easy wiring
- Metal operation head for durability
Overview
- Wiring time is reduced with two types of wiring methods capable of one-touch attachment and removal.
- A wide variety of built-in switches can be used for various devices. (4-, 5-, and 6-contact models are available)
- Key holding force of 1,300 N.
- It is possible to change the key insertion point without detaching the head.
- Drive solenoids directly from the Controller.
Slide Key
Trapped key allows the handle to be locked in the open position; prevents entrapment inside
- Lockout Key to prevent workers from becoming trapped inside the hazardous area.
- The vertical D4SL Guard Lock Safety-door Switch can be easily mounted on 40 x 40 mm aluminum frames.
