The softstarter PSR105-600-11 has a rated maximum operational current of 105 A with an operating voltage span from 208...600 V AC. The rated control voltage is 24 V AC/DC. PSR features a two-phase control soft start and stop through a voltage ramp. It has built-in bypass for easy installation and energy saving. A RUN and a TOR signal is available from a relay output in NO (normally open state). The start/stop ramp and time is easy to set by three potentiometers on the front. PSR is often used in combination with a manual motor starter (MMS) from ABB, so mechanical connection kits are available. Another popular option is Fieldbus communication, which can be enabled by an external adaptor and a Fieldbus plug. The PSR range is our most compact softstarters with basic functionality and values. They are suitable for small three-phase motors with nominal currents from 3...105 A and can manage up to 100 starts per hour. Common applications are, for example, pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors.

Built for convenience, space savings and economy, the KWIKstarter line is efficiently designed to use stock CA7/CAU7 contactors and advanced CEP7 solid state or CT7N thermal overloads. Contactor and overload are either prewired and pre-mounted onto the enclosure's built-in DIN-rail or may be ordered as separate components. Ample knockouts and open terminals guarantee quick, no fuss wiring.</p><p>KWIKstarters control motors up to 30HP @ 460V (30HP @ 575V) in two enclosure sizes measuring only 208 x 98mm (8.19" x 3.86") or 250 x 125mm (9.84” x 4.92”). <p>Sprecher + Schuh offers a complete line of combination and non-combination starters suitable for almost any HVAC/R application in the industry. Standard HVAC/R starters range from NEMA Size 00 up to NEMA size 3 (50HP @460V AC).</p><p>Sprecher + Schuh Fractional Manual Starters (FMS) consist of a snap switch combined with a thermal overload device operating on the solder-ratchet principle. To reset the overload mechanism, the switch lever is moved to the OFF position. The motor can be restarted by simply pushing the switch lever to the ON position. The switch is designed to prevent being held closed under a sustained motor overload.</p><p>Sprecher + Schuh NEMA labeled KWIKstarters are housed in a high impact, nonmetallic, cUL Approved, Type 1, 12, 4,</p><p>4X enclosure. Built for convenience, space savings and economy, KWIKstarters are efficiently designed to use stock CAN7 contactors and CEP7 or CT7N overloads. Contactor and overload are either pre-wired and pre-mounted onto the enclosure’s built-in DIN-rail or may be ordered as separate components.
