Signaling contacts SK1-K with Push-in spring terminals signal the tripping of the manual motor starter. For SK1 the indication on the device itself is done with a protruding orange button. The contact positions of SK1 need to be manually reset after a tripping event by pushing the orange button. SK1-K signaling contacts signal tripping regardless if it was caused by short-circuit, overload or electrical release (AA1 or UA1). They are attached on the right side of the manual motor starter. Signaling contacts SK1-K are available as normally open or normally closed contacts.

- Signaling contacts SK1-AR with screw terminals signal the tripping of the manual motor starter. For SK1-AR a red flag in a window on the front of the device indicates the tripping event. The contact positions of SK1-AR don't need to be manually reset after a tripping. They are reset to their original position when the manual motor starter is switched back on. The SK1-AR signaling contacts signal tripping regardless if it was caused by short-circuit, overload or electrical release (AA1 or UA1). They are attached on the right side of the manual motor starter. Signaling contacts SK1-AR are available as normally open or normally closed contacts.
