TCX6T2

The TMB series ultra-reliable industrial control transformer is a high-quality encapsulated transformer, available with or without primary and secondary fusing capability for cooler and safer operation. This single-phase transformer operates at a frequency of 60 Hz. It features an insulation class of Class B (130°C) and a temperature rise of less than 80°C. Noise levels are minimized to under 40 dB, ensuring a quiet operating environment. The insulation is rigorously tested at a minimum of 2500 Vrms Hi POT, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
Key features include:
Epoxy encapsulated coils for cooler and safer operation
Molded terminal barriers
10-32 screw terminals with Phil-slot screws
SEMS screw terminal strips as an integral part of the coil bobbin
Fusion-welded coil terminations
Face-on terminal labels with large schematic indicators
Standard strap brackets
20-year warranty for long-term assurance
Custom options available for the TMB series include special voltages, IP-20 cover kits for quick conversion to an IP-20 safety level, primary fusing, secondary fuse clips (where applicable), and a mounting plate on the transformer top.
