General description

Support the controller in ensuring Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, policies and procedures are consistently applied.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train and develop AR and AP staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and collection of customer accounts.
  • Develop appropriate scheduling, procedures and reporting as required to support efficient and accurate monitoring and functioning of AR and AP staff tasks as well as ensuring appropriate staff accountability.
  • Obtain and analyze customer credit information, assign and periodically review customer credit limits, confirm account terms to customers. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of customer information.
  • Contact customers concerning payment terms to ensure payment terms are respected, escalation resource for AR Collection, place and monitor customer accounts in external collection service as required, timely and appropriate escalation to the controller.
  • Ensure customer accounts are accurate (research, explain and resolve problem issues), review and release as appropriate customer orders on hold, contact customers as required concerning account status and order status.
  • Ensure vendor accounts are accurate and up to date and all available discounts are taken.
  • Supervise research, explain and resolve AP problem issues, escalation resource for AP staff, contact vendors as required, timely and appropriate escalation to the controller.
  • Take ownership of any other tasks and projects as assigned by the controller

Work experience requirements

Working under the supervision of the CEO, the Marketing Director is responsible for the creation and execution of the national marketing strategies for Proax Technologies. This primarily involves coordinating, supervising and managing all marketing related activities, lead generation, content marketing and the management of key performance indicators related to marketing. Marketing Director manages the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Create, own and manage implementation of the strategic marketing plan for traditional, digital and e-Com platforms
  • Define and manage marketing budget
  • Develop a measuring system for determining the success of each marketing program
  • Develop and ensure the application of the lead generation process
  • Manage, guide and mentor marketing department personnel

General description

The Automation and Robotic Specialist works within our technical team to provide technical support to existing and potential customers within the Western region.  They will work closely with all members of the technical team across Proax Technologies along with the inside and outside sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop to create “Proof of concept” solutions for various automation systems or Robotic systems
  • Assist engineers in the design, configuration, or application of robotic systems
  • Program complex robotic systems, such as vision systems
  • Develop three-dimensional simulations of automation systems
  • Disassemble and reassemble robots or peripheral equipment to make repairs such as replacement of defective circuit boards, sensors, controllers, encoders, and servomotors
  • Troubleshoot robotic systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics
  • Determine causes of operational problems or failures
  • Install, program, or repair programmable controllers, robot controllers, end-of-arm tools, or conveyors
  • Train customers or other personnel to install, use, or maintain robots
  • Create and maintain a Project/Activity Database along with a calendar
  • Complete PLC/HMI/Safety programming per requirements

The individual will report to the Sales Manager and create a business strategy for new and existing customer business through existing core and specialty vendors. Develop key customer accounts plans, prepare 90 day sales forecast, conduct joint sales calls with vendor representative’s and achieve individual key performance objectives. Align customer long term growth objectives with Proax Technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Setting territory objectives and developing specific customer account plans with a focus on solution selling opportunities and marketing activities to achieve revenue and gross margin targets
  • Responsible of joint calls activities with core and specialty vendor representatives for product launches, business development activities including tactical vendor/customer sales blitz
  • Responsible of engaging customers to participate and attend different marketing activities (seminars, trade shows, events, etc.)
  • Managing Qualified Sales Lead process within CRM program for existing and new sales leads, regular reporting updates
  • Develop and maintain core vendor relationships in addition to OEM, Integrator and End User relationships, to introduce new products, and to pursue sales opportunities within existing and new geographic and market segments
  • Establish sales strategies and reviewing sales pipeline opportunities with the Sales Manager
  • Monitor and report competitive activities for market/territory development (new product launches, product placement, promotion, positioning, and pricing)
  • Provide input to the annual budget and monthly sales meetings based on fact based territory knowledge of sales highlights, lesson’s learned, challenges and growth opportunities
  • Understanding of market verticals, product categories, market segmentation of customer’s product needs, developing key customer relationships, collecting market share information and general trends in the economic environment will be a priority along with executing the territory business plan
  • Analyzing daily, monthly, and annual performance by developing a very good understanding of the business requirements with a focused selling approach on the core & specialty vendor’s business priorities

Work experience requirements

  • 3-5 years technical related sales experience
  • Experienced in the development of customer centric solution sales strategy by analyzing the client needs to support the business objectives for existing and new customers
  • Self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills who can sell integrated industrial solutions and manage business priorities
  • Strong analytical skills to problem solve, assess solution sales opportunities, recommend and implement tactical sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Experience in the identifying new market segmentation business through prospecting and development of customer sales forecast and annual budgets
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets within assigned territory and contributing to the overall team performance
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members and Proax Management

Education requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Technical Diploma or Certification
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
